CREATING AN ACCOUNT
The first step to placing an order and viewing the wholesale prices of products offered is registration, which is free and without obligation. Only gross retail prices will be visible once contacted by our Customer Service Department.
Primary data about the company, contact person, and information on the delivery address are components of the account in our online wholesale stores. Each activated account is used, among others, for ordering selected products and tracking new products and promotions.
PLACING ORDERS
You must be logged in to view wholesale prices and place an order. To order the selected product, enter the number of pieces next to the size in the table on the product page and click “add to cart.”
After adding the selected product to the cart, you can:
1. continue browsing the offer by selecting further products
2. go to the order summary by clicking the “basket” icon in the upper right corner.
In the basket view, you can still change or delete the number of products in the basket. To confirm the changes, click “update basket.” If everything is correct in the basket, click 'go to checkout' and complete your billing details, delivery, and payment information.
The prices provided on the website are net prices. The order summary will detail the amounts:
• net;
• VAT tax
To learn more about the selected product, click 'ask about the product” and enter the e-mail contact address and the inquiry in the body of the message.

Due to the dynamically changing inventory, after each order, the Department of Orders and Deliveries contacts you by phone to confirm the availability of products and make any changes to the order.

We dispatch the packages from Monday to Friday. The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days for Poland. For other countries, the delivery time depends on the type of shipment.
Orders can also be placed by e-mail or phone using the Viber, Whatsup, and FB applications.
To complete your order, please provide your details, shipping address, name, colour, size, and quantity of selected products.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs depend on the value of the order for Poland:
With an order value of up to PLN 1000 (net)—shipping cost amounts to PLN 20-30; with an order value of above 1000 PLN (net) - FREE delivery
Delivery is conducted via DPD courier. All shipments are adequately packed and insured. Goods are delivered from Monday to Friday.
For countries outside Poland, the calculation of shipping costs are determined individually.

EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
1. You can exchange the purchased product for another within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
