RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DEAR CUSTOMER,
we want blue shadow shopping to be a real pleasure for you. If for some reason you want to exchange goods purchased from us, we give you such an option, subject to the following rules. We believe that this, rare on the market, opportunity will be very convenient to you and will help you run your own business.
1. You can exchange the purchased product for another within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
• the basis for exchange is a COD document or invoice;
• The exchanged product must not have any signs of use, damage, creasing and should have the original label;
• The value of the newly selected product (s) may not be less than the purchase value of the returned product;
• You can exchange the product for the same one (choosing a different colour or size) as well as for a completely different one;
• coats and other outerwear may only be exchanged for outerwear;
• carnival collection products can only be exchanged for carnival collection products;
• The Spring-Summer collection may be exchanged until July 15, the Fall-Winter collection until January 15.
2. The following products are not subject to exchanges:
• Limited collection / limited offers and marked with a special label "Limited collection" due to limited quantities in production and short sales period are not subject to exchange
• accessories (footwear, bags, belts, gloves, etc.);
• products bought at special promotional prices.
3. At the same time, we ask for thoughtful shopping, as it is not possible to return the purchased goods.
