TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The owner of the b2b.blueshadow.pl wholesale store is the company Rosago Sp. z o. o., ul. Szpakowa 53, 43-100, Tychy, NIP: 9691474135, REGON: 240547340, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the KATOWICE-EAST DISTRICT COURT IN KATOWICE, FACULTY VIII ECONOMIC COUNCIL OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, under the number 0000297347. Share capital: PLN 400,000.00
2. b2b.blueshadow.pl allows registered contractors with active accounts to indicate the products they are interested in buying.
3. The wholesale store is located in CH Ptak, hall S, box 21 ul. Rzemieślnicza 35, 90-035 Rzgów. Parcels with orders are sent and accepted from the address provided.
4. Using the wholesale store website requires the acceptance of cookies by the user's browser.
5. The website works on a properly configured Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome browser or other updated and properly configured browser.
Placing and completing orders
1. The product prices listed on the website are net prices and are expressed in Polish zlotys. Rosago sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the following conditions and to change prices. The customer who places the order is hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party.
2. Orders can be placed via wholesalers, by phone or e-mail.
3. Wholesale orders can be placed by registered contractors whose account has been activated by an employee. At the time of ordering, the contractor declares that he has read these regulations and agrees with their content.
4. Orders via b2b.blueshadow.pl can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round. The order is placed by choosing products and their sizes. After confirming the selection, the contractor will receive an automatic reply with a summary of the products selected by him. In order to finalize the order, the Orders and Deliveries Department contacts the contractor. At this time, the contents of the order, payment and delivery methods are confirmed.
5. Due to the dynamically changing inventory, each time after placing an order, the Orders, and Deliveries Department will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of products and to introduce possible changes in the order.
6. In Poland, the collection is available in accordance with the rules of territorial exclusivity. More information can be found in the tab forms of cooperation.

7. Orders are carried out 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. In the case of orders that are be received by 12:00, they will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.
8. Delivery is conducted via DPD courier. All shipments are properly packed and insured.
Shipping costs and date
1. The parcel is sent to the address indicated on the order form. The wholesale store employee will inform the customer immediately of an incorrectly completed order form that prevents or may delay the shipment.
2. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and they depend on the value of the order. Order value of up to PLN 1,000 – shipping cost is PLN 20 and for orders over PLN 1000—free shipping
Payments
1. A VAT invoice confirms each transaction.
2. Payment method; collection (the recipient pays the courier at the time of pickup)

Exchanges and complaints

Exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in person or by sending the package to the address of the wholesale outlet where the addresses were purchased Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please be advised that we do not accept any COD packages sent to us.
Rules for exchanging goods
1. The basis for exchange is Stock Issue Confirmation (CI)
2. The exchanged product must not have any signs of use, damage, creasing and should have the original label
3. The value of the newly selected product (s) may not be less than the purchase value of the returned product
4. You can exchange the product for the same one (choosing a different color or size) as well as for a completely different one
5. Goods sold in packages (e.g., two-pack, three-pack, five-pack, etc.) are subject to exchange only in the package (the entire size – the goods cannot be separated, it is not possible to return individual sizes of the goods)
6. Collection / limited offers and marked with a special label “Limited collection” due to limited quantities in production and short sales period are not subject to exchange
7. Jackets, coats, and the carnival collection are only exchangeable within a given product group, i.e., jackets for jackets etc.
8. The Spring-Summer collection may be exchanged until July 15, the Fall-Winter collection until January 15.
9. It is not possible to exchange the Autumn-Winter collection for the Spring-Summer collection and vice versa.
10. Goods can only be exchanged at the place where they were purchased.
11. Discounted products cannot be exchanged.
